About Mile Square Houses

Jason and Stephanie Reynolds started Mile Square Houses in 2003 after graduating from Miami University in 2001. As alumni of Miami, we know what students and parents alike want in housing. Each of our houses have been handpicked for their unique features. We then spent countless hours rehabbing and updating to bring them to the quality you expect. We take pride in our houses, but the foundation of our business is customer service. With an in-town landlord, our tenants experience the valuable difference of dealing directly with the owner/manager. Our goal and key to success is to find the very best tenants and treat them so well that they tell their friends about us.
